Campari

Renowned for its deep red color, Campari is an Italian-made alcoholic liqueur - more commonly
referred to as an aperitif - and is derived from a proprietary blend of herbs and fruits, including
chinotto and cascarilla. Considered a type of bitters, this ruby red sipping liqueur was originally
colored using carmine dye made from crushed cochineal insects (the brand has since discontinued
